Pool Maintenance

  • General Pool & Spa Maintenance: one-time, monthly or yearly.

Practical Approach

1. Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing

  • 2 hours of Plumbing and or Electrical Services
  • Water pump repair, which can be done on site
  • Repair and or replacement of the electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Repair work to leaky external pipes
  • Repair/replacement of sanitary ware fitting
  • On inspection and if required repair of drainage problem
  • Tank cleaning twice a year

2. Air-conditioning

  • The following service will be provided. 1 major service and 3 minor services of indoor & outdoor units
  • Filter wash and clean
  • Checking and cleaning of electrical components
  • Topping up of refrigerant gas
  • Belt replacement, lubrication and cleaning of drain lines
  • Checking of compressor oil and filters and changing as necessary
  • Minor repairs to insulation and minor anti-rust painting

3. Carpentry & Aluminium

  • Fly screen repair on windows and doors to suitable available material standard if original unavailable
  • Minor repair of broken catches, hinges and drawer slides to fixed cabinets and fixed cupboards

4. Masonry

  • Minor grouting repair and application of sealant and fixing of isolated tiles

5. Window Cleaning

  • 2 x annual window cleaning using chemical free, telescope technique, cleaning service
